After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the roleAs an Employee Experience Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily logistics, wellbeing, and engagement of staff members. This hands-on role focuses on overseeing employee transportation, accommodation, internal communication, and organizing wellbeing and engagement activities. You will act as a central point of contact for resolving incidents, managing inventories, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and living experience for employees. Ideal for a highly organized, people-focused professional, this position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What you will doManage employee transportation by coordinating routes, schedules, and resolving related issues to ensure punctuality and comfort.Oversee and manage the Staff House, ensuring compliance with rules and proper handling of employee arrivals and departures.Manage the Staff House inventory, controlling and maintaining necessary supplies and resources for employee wellbeing.Handle incidents related to accommodation and transportation, acting as the point of contact to resolve problems efficiently.Process residency certificates (certificados de empadronamiento) and other necessary administrative documents for employees.Coordinate and oversee internal communication through various channels, including Viva Engage, Teams, bulletin boards, TVs, emails, etc., ensuring smooth information flow within the team.Support the department in organizing administrative processes related to personnel.Keep updated records and manage documentation related to employee transportation and accommodation.Organize and support employee engagement and wellness activities that foster a positive work environment and sense of community.Coordinate arrivals of new employees to the accommodation, as well as manage the proper process of employee departures.Actively participate in organizing internal team events and develop a monthly Engagement Calendar to schedule activities that promote employee wellbeing and team cohesion.What you bringStrong interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with employees and different departments.Administrative experience: Knowledge in document and administrative management, ideally related to human resources or personnel management.Problem-solving skills: Ability to manage incidents and find quick, effective solutions.Organizational and time management skills: Capable of coordinating multiple administrative and operational tasks simultaneously.Confidentiality and discretion: Absolute respect for employee privacy and sensitive information.Focus on internal communication: Skilled in managing multiple channels and ensuring the team stays informed and connected.Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to changes or unforeseen events.Proactive and collaborative attitude: Willingness to support the team and continuously improve management processes.Work Experience: 2 YearsDegree: Professional /TechnicianLanguages: Spanish / EnglishLanguage Ability: HighWhat we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsDiscounts at our hotel restaurantsDiscounts on local servicesPossibility of accommodation and transportation to work (at a reduced cost)Schedule & Hours:Full-time, seasonal contract (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday.
