To provide employee relations support to both employees and managers across the Professional Services business by leading a team of HR Advisers. Working with the wider HR team and partnering particularly with the HR Business Partners and Leadership Team, to provide advice, guidance and support and be a subject matter expert on all employee relations matters, ensuring a high-quality service to the business.
