Employer Engagement Officer – Enterprising Ashfield

As an Employer Engagement Officer for the Enterprising Ashfield project you will be working to build new and develop sustainable relationships with local employers in the North Nottinghamshire region. These relationships will provide opportunities that are attractive to our students and graduates, while working with the Enterprising Ashfield team to offer bespoke services and support. 

You will work closely within the Employer Engagement team and other colleagues to generate placement and graduate opportunities by promoting NTU’s full employability offer. You will also support the development of recruitment strategies for a portfolio of clients to maximise the number and the quality of placement and graduate roles with employers. 

This post would suit a confident and self-motivated professional with proven lead generation and business-to-business experience such as recruitment.
