An exciting opportunity has arisen within Human Resources for an Employment Services Assistant (part-time, 75% of full time, 27.3 hours per week) to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Employment Services Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with good organisational and administrative skills. You will be an outgoing person with a flexible approach to work who must be able to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Employment Services Team. This will include supporting a wide range of HR administrative transactional activities and with the provision of advice and guidance to employees and managers across the University on transactional activities associated with the employment lifecycle.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 3, £22,197 – £24,715 per annum pro rata and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
Any appointment will be made subject to satisfactory references and probation period.

This role is based in the UK and as such the successful candidate will be required to live and work in the UK.
