​TGRC has partnered with a prominent investment and management platform specializing in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, with an operational presence across Europe and the UK.The Energy Markets Manager role sits within the international teams, and contributing to the optimization of our renewable energy portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating operational strategies for energy markets across the world, collaborating with senior leadership.Managing multidisciplinary initiatives across areas such as market analysis, trading strategies, and business growth.Leading cross-functional project teams and establishing operational frameworks.Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Conducting ongoing analysis of the global energy landscape, including regulatory updates, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.Maintaining consistent communication and alignment with international operations teams.Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.2-4 years of professional experience with a strong grasp of the renewable energy sector. Experience in strategic planning or consultancy is a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills.Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
