Are you ready to lead engagement initiatives that make a real impact on culture and morale?Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a creative, energetic, and people-focused Engagement Coordinator to take the lead on employee engagement and community outreach at our ASOS, Barnsley site. If you love planning events, building relationships, and making work a place people love to be, this is your moment.This is a full-time, permanent positing. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of 05:45 till 14:15 and 13:45 till 22:15.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,500 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). • Lead and deliver all on-site engagement activities, events, and celebrations
• Build strong partnerships with local schools, charities, and community groups
• Manage internal communications including TV content, colleague app, and noticeboards
• Chair Engagement Champion meetings and drive participation across the site
• Design creative marketing materials to promote events and initiatives
• Own the on-site recognition scheme and long service awards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in event planning and community engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative flair and confidence in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher)
• A passion for people, positivity, and making a difference
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
