Furthermore, you are eligible for discounted room rates as of day 1 and up to 12 complimentary room nights after three months of service.We offer a competitive salary according to the Dutch Labor Agreement of Hospitality (Horeca CAO), 8% vacation allowance, travel allowance & free parking.Responsibilities· You will focus on the daily maintenance of all areas as well as preventive maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay· You will locate technical failures and make sure they get solved· You will conduct inspection rounds in the hotel· You will contact third parties in case of failures which cannot be solved by the team· You will operate and ensure the proper functioning of the STP (Gebouwbeheerssysteem)· You take care of administrative tasks related to the Engineering departmentQualifications:Qualifications· You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well· You have technical insight and affinity with repair work· It is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends once per month· You have experience in leading a team· You are eligible to work in the Netherlands· You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel· You are eager to learn and grow· You are ready for a new challengePreferred qualifications· You have a year work experience in preferably a similar position· BHV· SVH Certificate· Basic Dutch KnowledgeWe are looking forward to meeting you if you are interested!
