• Leading and developing a team of engineers and technicians in France and internationally, ensuring the quality, profitability, and timely delivery of mechanical engineering studies.
• Overseeing mechanical engineering functions across global centers, driving continuous process improvement and technical innovation.
• Defining resource requirements, planning engineering tasks, and ensuring service productivity while meeting contractual commitments.
• Ensuring compliance with Quality, HSE, and integrity standards, while motivating and developing team skills through training programs.

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
• Significant experience in managing technical study teams and projects
• Experience in multicultural and international environments
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering, piping, and general installation
• Ability to solve complex problems using structured methodologies
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong leadership, rigor, results-oriented mindset, commercial awareness, and excellent strategic planning and prioritization skills
