They’re on a mission to transform how professionals access and analyse critical business information, building a platform that centralises intelligence and enables their clients – including many of the world’s leading institutions – to make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions.They are actively seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the technical delivery of a dedicated engineering squad, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.As the Engineering Manager, you will line manage 4-6 software engineers, fostering their growth, optimising team performance, and promoting best practices. Beyond team leadership, you’ll be deeply involved in the hands-on systems design and architectural decisions for your squad’s products, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with the broader architectural vision.Key requirements for the Technical Engineering Manager:

• Backend engineering background. Ideally Python & AWS (or Golang, Kotlin)
• Mentorship or management experience is ideal, but not needed as this is more of a technical role.
