For our international Client we are looking for Engineering Site Lead.Job Tasks:

Build, manage, and lead an engineering team
Oversee the execution of the Product Solutions Roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, implementing best practices and innovative approaches
Advance technology solutions to align with business objectives and industry standards
Optimize product development processes, organizational structure, and collaboration methods to enhance productivity and quality
Play an active role in the global P&E organization by leading a cross-regional functional area (such as technical support or documentation) while collaborating with international engineering teams
Partner closely with Product Management to drive impactful product releases
Work with architects, site reliability engineers (SREs), and other technical teams to deliver high-quality platforms and products
Navigate complex environments by collaborating with partner teams, to remove roadblocks and achieve successful outcomes

Requirements:

Proven success in developing and launching digital advertising platforms and products
Significant experience in leading large-scale engineering teams with a strategic and methodical approach
10+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring engineering teams in the advertising technology sector or related fields
15+ years of product development experience, delivering scalable and high-quality products
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in advertising and related sectors
In-depth expertise in advertising technology is essential
