The Engineering Stores Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of equipment availability for site personnel, overseeing all aspects of stock control and purchasing across the site. This role involves assisting the management team in upholding health, safety, environmental standards, and quality, while exemplifying commitment to these principles and enhancing site-wide housekeeping. The coordinator is expected to maintain a positive attitude, fostering a culture of cooperation and collaboration among all shifts to ensure cohesive teamwork. They will also manage frontline operations and implement updates to boost site performance, escalating any concerns to the Engineering Manager. Additionally, they must serve as a catalyst for positive change and continuous improvement, driving a strong health and safety culture throughout the site.Hours of Work
