You will be responsible for overseeing the Novonesis portfolio of business IT projects & programs and providing input to enable LoB Prioritization Boards to prioritize their portfolio.Welcome to Enterprise PPMO & Ways of Working in Novonesis ITYou will become part of a small team of specialist within portfolio management, project management, lean-agile and quality / compliance subject matter expertise. As our new colleague you will play a vital role in strengthening our portfolio governance practice.In this role you will have the opportunity to make an impact byFacilitating the design and implementation of an enterprise project portfolio governance framework and governance processes to ensure that Novonesis at all times executes the IT & digital initiatives that generates the biggest value for the company and integrates well into our IT landscape.Overseeing high-level resource planning and dependencies between initiatives and providing an overview and insights to LoB Prioritization Boards, that will enable them to prioritize and take data driven decisions.​You will collaborate closely with colleagues in IT and stakeholders in the business to achieve these objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess a strategic mindset, a passion for portfolio management, and a co-creation approach. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management capabilities and thrives through collaboration and networking.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain the enterprise portfolio management framework.Define and implement enterprise portfolio governance processes.Monitor and report on enterprise portfolio performance and health.Oversee the enterprise portfolio including resource planning and dependencies between initiatives.Provide overviews and insights to LoB Prioritization Boards that will enable them to prioritize projects and take data driven decisions.Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks and issues.Facilitate that strategic guidance and recommendations are put forward to LoB Prioritization Boards.To succeed you must hold:A master’s degree within business or technology, or other relevant education.Proven experience in enterprise portfolio management or similar role.Strong communication skills and ability engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; a solid organizational change management toolbox would be an advantage.Proficiency in portfolio management tools, techniques and governance.The ability to analyze complex data and create insights for strategic decisions.Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal.Application deadline: March 6, 2025Contact details: Malene Vestergaard, Head of Enterprise PPMO,Could our purpose be yours?
