What we’re looking for
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Transformation Project Manager to guide strategic change initiatives throughout Lloyd’s Register.
This role focuses on delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes that improve business processes, operating models, organisational effectiveness, and technology-enabled ways of working. Success in this role is measured by business outcomes, stakeholder adoption, and benefits realisation—not simply delivering projects on time and within budget.
We are seeking candidates who have personally managed business transformation or organizational change programs within large, complex organizations and can show experience creating business cases, overseeing project governance, supporting change adoption, and delivering measurable business benefits.

The role

-Oversee enterprise transformation projects from the business case stage through implementation and benefits realization.
-Deliver strategic projects aligned with Lloyd’s Register’s transformation agenda, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.
-Develop and maintain robust project governance, including business cases, RAID logs, reporting, and Steering Committee updates.
-Partner with Change Management, Business Analysis, Portfolio Management, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and adoption of change.
-Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Business, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other corporate functions.
-Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, effective governance, and timely escalation of risks and issues.
-Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to help ensure effective program delivery.
-Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches where appropriate, adapting methodologies to business needs.
-Promote the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working by working closely with Change Managers.
-Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing project delivery practices across the organisation.
What you bring

-Demonstrated experience, typically 5 or more years, delivering enterprise business transformation or organizational change initiatives within large or complex organizations.
-Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation through implementation and benefits realisation.
-Experience delivering transformation involving business process improvement, operating model redesign, organisational change, and technology-enabled business change.
-Deep knowledge of project governance, including business case creation, RAID tracking, project status reporting, and executive oversight.
-Experience collaborating with Change Management and Business Analysis teams to support effective organizational change.
-Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
-Well-developed skills in planning, organization, communication, and managing stakeholders.
-Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability them pragmatically.
-A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, value delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
-Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM.
Important note for applicants
This role is specifically focused on enterprise business transformation and organisational change.
Qualified candidates will typically have experience leading transformation programs involving business process improvement, operating model redesign, organizational change, business case development, project governance, stakeholder management, change adoption, and benefits realization.
This is not primarily an IT delivery, software implementation, product management, engineering, construction, or infrastructure project management role.
This position is probably not well suited to candidates whose experience is mostly in software development, product delivery, engineering, construction, shipbuilding, or portfolio management rather than overseeing enterprise transformation programs.
