Job Description:We are working with an established business based on the outskirts of Chippenham to recruit for an ERP Systems Analyst on a permanent basis. This role comes with an opportunity to develop your own team, so is ideal for a candidate with proven ERP systems experience who is looking for their first step into management.The RoleYou will be responsible for the continous improvement of their ERP system, from designing, documenting, delivering and supporting all technical changes and developments. You will work closely with all business functions to enable business change and efficiency so fantastic stakeholder management is essential!Responsibilities

• Identify areas of improvement within their ERP system
• Drive system improvements and lead delivery of technical development
• Translate change requests and business requirements into functional design documents
• Manage all end-user support queries
• Support ERP projects roadmap
• Provide user training materials and deliver 1 to 1 and group sessions

About You

• Proven experience supporting and developing ERP systems – preferably Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O
• Exposure to other modules in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Procurement
• Understanding of full project lifecycle of systems implementation
• Ability to work with and influence all stakeholders

On Offer

• Salary on offer up to £50,000
• Hybrid working (fully onite for first 6 months) – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
