The GNSS Regional Augmentation System Division is also managing a number of Research and Development activities under the H2020/Horizon Europe Infrastructure and NAVISP Programmes.
Whilst, the initial missions of EGNOS were focussed on aeronautical navigation, new missions are currently being engineered to cover multi domain high performance highly hybridised users (automotive, rail, maritime, drones).The System Engineering Section of the GNSS Regional Augmentation System Division is managing the following activities:
