ESG ManagerOur client is a global cybersecurity leader. They are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven ESG Manager to join their finance team.In this role, you will play a key part in advancing the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of ESG data to maintain compliance with relevant standards and frameworks. Your primary focus will be to guide the organization in managing its sustainability strategy to meet evolving regulatory requirements, enhance transparency in non-financial reporting, and integrate ESG principles into core business processes. Additionally, you will establish ESG as a key area within the Finance function and serve as a business partner to teams affected by new ESG legislation.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and reporting standards, particularly CSRD.
• Lead the implementation and execution of the company’s ESG strategy.
• Develop and maintain a process for tracking and reporting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with the GHG Protocol.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on ESG performance and initiatives.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships across teams and the broader value chain.
• Design and oversee ESG data collection, reporting processes, and assurance mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
• Support internal and external ESG audits by ensuring robust controls and verification processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions and optimize energy usage.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting growth and expertise in ESG and sustainability.
• Stay informed about evolving sustainability trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new ESG reporting processes and data management tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ESG reporting and strategy implementation.
• Deep understanding of ESG regulations such as CSRD and EU taxonomy.
• Knowledge of voluntary ESG frameworks such as SBTi, SASB, and the UN SDGs.
• Strong expertise in the GHG Protocol and emissions reporting.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting platforms and data management systems.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders.
