• Gestire il processo di reporting finanziario secondo US GAAP, IFRS valutando gli aggiustamenti ai principi contabili italiani
• Assicurare la conformità alle normative SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
• Collaborare con i revisori esterni e interni per garantire la correttezza dei dati finanziari
• Supportare l’ottimizzazione dei processi di controllo interno e compliance

• Esperienza consolidata in audit, preferibilmente in una Big Four
• Conoscenza approfondita di US GAAP, IFRS e principi contabili italiani
• Familiarità con i requisiti di controllo interno e compliance SOX

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese

• Buona conoscenza di Oracle HFM

• Conoscenza dell’ERP Diapason

• Conoscenza dei principi contabili Italiani

• Conoscenza dei principi contabili USGaap

• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel

• Conoscenza di PowerBI
