This is where your calling begins. As part of our Red team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled and passionate professionals in the industry. Our team is known for their technical expertise, with many members having achieved notable accomplishments such as being featured on the wall of fame of the NCSC and finding and reporting a vast number of CVEs and responsible disclosures. But we’re not just about technical know-how: we believe in fostering an informal, collaborative environment that encourages our team members to challenge and support each other in order to grow as a team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing our clients’ IT environments for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, ensuring that they are resilient and secure against potential cyber attacks. This is an essential function in today’s increasingly digital world, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping organizations protect themselves and their customers.QualificationsWhat do you bring?

• At least 3 years of experience in ethical hacking, red teaming, or penetration testing.
• OSCP certified (or willing to obtain it); other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with a variety of environments: web, mobile, cloud, OT/SCADA.
• Hands-on, analytical, and able to think like an attacker.
• Clear communicator, even with non-technical stakeholders.
• A true team player with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Nice to have:

• CVEs or responsible disclosures to your name.
• Active participant in CTFs or bug bounty programs.
• Familiarity with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, or your own custom scripts.
