Euronext Clearing – Junior DeveloperYou will design, develop, and maintain Java based Web Applications to cover the needs of Euronext Clearing business processes, mainly oriented to the Risk Management office requests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners and business analyst, to identify the requirements and implement the software solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance Java Web Applications supporting the business.
• Maintain and enhance the data bases supporting the Applications.
• Collaborate with the other development teams
• Manage and maintain version controls
• Track and report requests and defects using Jira.
• Conduct appropriate testing phase as needed.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Python
• Hands-on experience with Web Applications
• Familiarity with Java EJB Framework
• Familiarity with Python
• Familiarity with Version Control Systems, mainly Git
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Javascript
• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL and DB2.
• Understanding of SCRUM, Agile testing methodologies, and continuous delivery and integration practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in software development.
