EVENTS MANAGER (mission for replacement 6 months)

In order to maximize the Group’s visibility and impact on Corporate Responsibility topics towards all stakeholders the Events Manager will be responsible for promoting L’Oréal Corporate Responsibility topics through inspiring events and experiences to highlight the Fondation l’Oréal and L’Oréal for the Future.

Within the Global Corporate Responsibility Communication & Engagement team:

YOU WILL…

Orchestrate events activation and ensure execution excellence, impact & relevancy

1. Design, plan and deliver events, both online and offline (ex: For Women In Science France, FWIS Africa…)
2. Ensure events are promoted and marketed to target audiences and achieve the maximum of visibility and impact
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Responsibility and the CA&E organization for Sustainability

Drive employee engagement and transformation on CR topics

Monitor performance and strive for continuous improvement

1. Draw insights from best-in-class events to propose new and inspiring formats
2. Set global KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate impact

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in Communications/Marketing or a related discipline
• Significant experience in event management, ideally in global corporate teams. Event agency experience would be appreciated.
• An interest in Corporate Responsibility topics
• Proficient/Bilingual French/English (written & spoken)
• A natural project manager. You excel in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• A federator. The ability to align different stakeholders, including agency coordination.
• Strategic and creative mindset. The ability to create a vision and innovate.
• You pay attention to details with a rigorous approach
• Digital savvy. You are naturally drawn to digital tools, with the learning agility and openness to pick up new digital trends.
• Budget expert. You are able to negotiate and follow up with granularity.
