Executive Assistant – Commercial Team (Southern Europe)

For an international company in the MedTech industry, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Commercial Team, based in Madrid, with coverage across Southern Europe.

The role combines executive support, commercial coordination and communication activities, with a strong focus on technology, AI tools and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Commercial Support: Calendar and meeting coordination, follow-ups, and administrative support for the Commercial team.

Team & Project Coordination: Act as a coordination point between Commercial, Marketing and Facility teams; support internal activities.
*

Communication & Content: Assemble, format and send newsletters; manage mailing lists and support internal communications (content provided).
*

Events: Support the organization of meetings and events; coordinate business trips.
*

Operational Support: Coordinate preparation and shipment of promotional materials.

Requirements

Fluent English (mandatory)
*

Spanish and Italian are a strong plus
*

Based in Madrid
*

Strong digital skills, AI-savvy, confident with productivity tools
*

Proactive, hands-on and highly collaborative
*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical team environment
