Senior Planner
Location: Dublin

The Role
As a Senior Planner, you’ll manage and deliver a variety of projects while supporting clients and colleagues across the business. You’ll provide professional planning advice, prepare and submit planning applications, and contribute to strategy and policy work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage planning projects from inception to completion

Prepare planning applications, appraisals, and appeals
*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
*

Undertake planning research and site assessments
*

Support business development and client relationship management
*

Mentor junior team members as needed

About You
We’re looking for a commercially aware and driven Senior Planner who enjoys a varied workload and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
*

IPI membership (or eligibility)
*

Experience in planning, ideally within consultancy
*

Strong understanding of Irish planning policy and legislation
*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*

Organised, professional, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
