• BONING – Bones removal from cuts of meat, preparing it for further processing or sale as boneless meat.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in boning, specifically with pork (please note: this does not involve organ removal)
• Ability to minimize meat waste and carefully remove meat from the bones without damaging muscles or fat layers critical to taste and texture
• Solid knowledge of animal anatomy
• Strong knife skills and physical precision
• Proficiency in English (for communication in the workplace)
• European citizenship or valid European TRC card – mandatory
