As a Manager in our ServiceNow department, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them on their digitalization journey. In this role, you will work with industry leading professionals, guiding clients through end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and driving complex enterprise-wide service modernization.As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities while leading the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with clients to transform IT, HR, Finance, Risk, and core business functions into streamlined, service-based organizations. This involves assessing the client’s needs, translating business requirements into tailored technology solutions, and providing strategic and best practice advisory. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to deployment, while providing thought leadership and industry insights that shape best practices.Success in this role requires a deep understanding of enterprise service management, strong leadership in project execution, and the ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and value creation.
