With a total backlog reaching €65 billion (Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2024), Webuild is a group guided by the passion for building and the pursuit of excellence, which renewed its commitment to building a sustainable future by applying its know-how to build innovative and valuable works.Estimating & Methods Analyst – Grouting & Special FoundationsWe are looking for an experienced Estimating and Methods Analyst to join our Estimating & Methods Team at our Milan headquarters.The figure will be responsible for supporting the Bidding Department in the analysis, economic estimating and development of execution methodologies for specialized works. In particular, he/she will have a focus on special foundations and soil consolidation and improvement techniques.Main Responsibilities:

• Study tender documents (drawings, geological reports, technical reports) to prepare technical-economic proposals;
• Develop execution methodologies for deep foundations and soil consolidation works, with particular attention to current regulations;
• Perform cost estimates and techno-economic feasibility assessments on projects of different nature;
• Continuous collaboration with company departments in charge of technical support;
• Participate in meetings with suppliers and subcontractors, contributing to the definition of technical specifications;
• Support, when necessary, site inspection activities, analyzing critical issues and possible improvement solutions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Geotechnics;
• 2-3 years of experience;
• Understanding of geotechnical investigation techniques and deep foundation methods;
• Knowledge of technical regulations and construction site safety standards;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
• Willingness to travel abroad.
