As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEWe are looking for an Export Agent to join our warehouse team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately, and facilitating the efficient and timely dispatch of shipments. You will liaise with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties to arrange and oversee the logistics of shipments.Additionally, you will support administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?As an Export Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring goods are shipped on time and processes run smoothly. Your location is based in Amsterdam but we will be moving to Zaandam in the middle of 2025. At this location we serve various industrial customers, with a focus on spare parts. Your day-to-day tasks include preparing shipping documents, ensuring compliance across operations, shipping, and customs, and acting as the vital link between these departments.The standard working hours are between 08:30 – 17:00, with a weekend shift (on call) planned once a month. In this role we require flexibility, during seasonal peaks (every quarter end) where you will be asked to work some overtime and potentially on a weekend.We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively. You proactively bring up issues and if possible, you already work on the solution.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You are someone who has an eye for detail. You have the focus on quality, and you can easily familiarize yourself with processes and working methods. In addition, you come up with initiatives that we can use for improvements.You also bring the following knowledge and experience with you:

• Relevant experience in customer service in a dynamic environment;
• Analytical mindset and able to work with Excel;
• Eager to learn and to improve the current process;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both speaking and writing;
• Experience with Office package

Non-Dutch-Speaking candidates are welcome! Be aware that working from the office is required. • A monthly salary between € 2.520,06 and € 3.313,30 and 8% holiday pay (grading depending on your experience and level of education);

• Profit distribution of max. 3% in case of positive operating results;
• Weekend shift on call allowance on top of your base salary;
