• Inspire and engage a vibrant class of young learners, fostering their love for learning
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that support development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Utilize interactive resources and innovative methods to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to promote each child’s unique learning journey
• Encourage exploration and play-based learning in both indoor and outdoor settings
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Establish a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where each child feels valued and supported

The ideal candidate must:

• Have the right to work within the UK
• DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
• Skilled in supporting and nurturing young learners, creating a warm and inclusive environment
• Ability to tailor teaching approaches for individual needs, including those with SEN
• Proficient in designing lessons that encourage learning, exploration, and growth
• Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that supports focus and respect
• Dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with students to enhance their learning journey
