An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Stoke-On-Trent. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one multiple sites.
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:

* Salary up to GBP32,000 per annum
* working 40 hours per week
* 23+ 8 days’ holidays
* Static role
* No call out rota

* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.

Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM’s in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

* Plumbing repairs
* PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Buidling maintenance
* Multi skilled person
* Legionella level 2
* Hot and Cold water systems
* Water Flushing
* Fire Alarm texting
* Basic lighting Maintenance
* Fixing lights
* Unblocking toilets
* Manholes
* Plumbing Duties
* Fixings Roof Leaks
* Door Frames
* Flooring Repairs
* Changing Lights
* Fixing leaks
* Water temperature checks
* All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
