Facilities Manager – Soft ServicesMy client based in South Dublin is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their clients site. We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all Soft Services on our clients site. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years in a Facilities Manager/Soft Service Manager position, be highly organized and adaptable with strong leadership and problem solving skills. This is a fully onsite position, offering convenient onsite parking.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of key support services, ensuring consistent delivery at the Head Office, including cleaning, workplace experience, waste management, security, events, and technical services.
• Serve as the primary operational contact, resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining clear communication.
• Implement and support Health and Safety initiatives in collaboration with the Health and Safety team.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and monitor contract performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Implement initiatives to enhance sustainability and operational effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and support to the on-site team.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a Facilities Manager Position
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Ability to contribute to and support operational improvement projects.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors
