Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Support Experts – Commis de rang for our ROOM SERVICE to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but you may be supporting any of our four outlets.

  • This is full-time position, 5 night a week with 2 days off.
  • The starting date is estimated in July.

  • Prepare and set up trays and trolleys for in-room dining service according to hotel standards.
  • Deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely, courteous, and discreet manner.
  • Assist guests during the in-room dining experience, ensuring personalized and high-quality service.
  • Collect trays and trolleys from guest rooms within the expected timeframe while respecting guest privacy.
  • Keep the Room Service pantry, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding team to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Report any technical issues or special guest requests to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor in line with luxury hospitality standards.

What you’ll need:

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
