You will be responsible for driving impactful events and multi-channel campaigns across the French, Benelux, UK, and Nordics markets to generate leads, build brand awareness, and foster customer engagement.*Missions*Field MarketingDevelop and execute an effective event marketing strategy to generate maximum business opportunities at selected events.Plan, organize, and manage professional events (approximately 60 per year), including webinars, trade shows, and partner events, ensuring seamless execution.Establish partnerships and collaborate with key market players to accelerate lead generation in the EMEA region.Track and analyze event performance, ensuring proper lead follow-up using tools like Salesforce and Pardot.Measure ROI to refine future event marketing strategies, including budget allocation and investment decisions.Handle all operational aspects of events, including budget management, contract negotiation, logistics, hotel bookings, team coordination, and booth preparation (banners, goodies, etc.).Campaign ManagementLead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for the French, Benelux, UK and Nordics markets.Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Content, and Design) to create impactful campaign strategies.Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure ROI.Leverage data and analytics to track campaign success and optimize for continuous improvement.Coordinate multi-channel efforts, including email, social media, paid ads, and events.Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign impact.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns and events.Ensure clear communication flow between stakeholders and manage communication channels effectively.Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in campaign and community management.*Skills & Qualifications*Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B Marketing (preferably in SaaS or software environments). Proven experience in event planning and campaign management.Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.Tools: Proficiency in marketing tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and project management platforms.Content & Communication: Strong content marketing, copywriting, and editorial skills.
