Field Sales Executive (Autonomy & Training)£30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Local Patch + Van + Fuel Card + ProgressionField based role, commutable from Exeter, Crediton, Tiverton, Honiton, Okehampton and surrounding areas.Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual from a sales background, looking for a highly autonomous role where you will work in a local patch, receive industry training and have the opportunity to significantly increase your on track earnings through uncapped commission all while managing your own day and making the role your own?This is a great opportunity for a sales professional that is highly motivated to drive the new business within the company and have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through an untapped patch as well as the opportunity to grow and progress the team.This company have been established for over 50 years and are specialists within the commercial and industrial refrigeration industry. Supporting food service, retail, manufacturing and cold storage businesses, this company have built a team of highly experienced technicians and industry professionals and are now looking to bolster their team with a highly motivated individual to drive after market sales of the business.On offer is a Field Sales Executive role where you will be responsible for travelling to agricultural customers to deliver and sell aftermarket supplies to both new and existing customers, with a focus on building out the department.This role would suit an individual from a sales background that is confident in managing their own day and is highly driven to exceed sales targets and deliver growth.The Role:

• Field based, local patch
• Cold calling / BDM & Account Management
• Uncapped commission

The Person:

• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Full UK driving license
• Sales background
