Our technology addresses real problems that affect the future of humanity.Your ChallengeWithin the Digital Industry Organization the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for driving Customer satisfaction through excellent delivery of installation, configuration and repair on site assigned tasks related to Gas Analyser Systems. In particular he / she willhandlee customer plants covered by maintenance contracts ensuring the best installed gas analysis systems performances and reliability.Your main activities will be to:

• Manage customer sites covered by maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of installed gas analysis systems.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Continuous Gas Analyzers.
• Document all activities performed in detailed service reports.
• Work closely with the local Customer Service team to exceed customer expectations.
• Interact with the Regional Support Center to ensure proper issue resolution.
• Align with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Interface directly to customers to answer technical questions and resolve issues
• Be completely independent in troubleshooting & repair of Gas Analysis Systems
• Be available to respond for emergency and relief assignments

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Technical diploma and proven experience in a related role
• Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic diagrams
• Willingness to travel: required travel up to 80%
• Proficiency in Italian, both writing and speaking; Basic knowledge of english
• A valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in
