Our goal is to offer exceptional service to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.Position Overview:We are currently recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join our managed print team, based at OES, St Asaph, North Wales. This is a full-time role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesService Delivery:

• Work closely with our experienced Service Team to respond to client requests promptly and within set SLA response times
• Provide high-quality service levels to clients at all times
• Carry out repairs on reported devices, provide technical support, and perform regular scheduled maintenance calls
• Keep up to date with all manufacturer service bulletins
• Maintain responsibility for managing stock, including toner supplies and spare parts
• Cover the North West region, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery

Technical Expertise:

• Diagnose and solve technical issues with managed print devices, including mechanical and IT-related problems
• Stay informed on device models such as Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Sharp, ensuring familiarity with a wide range of products
• Assist with complex installations and support IT issues related to print devices

Teamwork and Communication:

• Work effectively as part of a successful team, ensuring strong collaboration and information sharing
• Provide excellent customer communication, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the service process
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach, reflecting the core values of OES in all customer interactions

Operational Efficiency:

• Manage time effectively, balancing workload and priorities to ensure a fast-paced environment is maintained
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and service level agreements
• Report any recurring issues or opportunities for service improvement to the Managed Print Services Manager

About you:Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a field-based engineer in print/reprographics
• Familiarity with Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Sharp devices preferred
• Strong mechanical and IT literacy skills
• Excellent customer communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Full, clean UK driving licence
