Job Description:TSG UK is the sole installation and service provider for prestige Karcher commercial vehicle washing facilities nationwide and we are expanding our field service teams to offer the best possible service to our customers. We are now hiring a High Wycombe* based Field Service Technician to join us on our journey. • Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair of vehicle wash equipment (this will include bus, car and HGV jet and roll-over washing facilities)
• Commissioning of new equipment related to jet and roll-over washing facilities
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Produce timely and accurate service reports.
• Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLA.
• Ensure compliance with set HSSE guidelines.

Skills & Abilities Required for This Position: (Please note: full training will be provided for the right candidate)

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering HNC/HND (or equivalent) and / or relevant experience is great!
• Technical awareness, confident in the use of hand tools
• Previous customer service experience with good communications skills
• Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Comfortable working at height
• Understanding of PC hardware (networking and IT troubleshooting is a plus).
