Job Description:TSG UK is the sole installation and service provider for prestige Karcher commercial vehicle washing facilities nationwide and we are expanding our field service teams to offer the best possible service to our customers. We are now hiring a West Sussex* based Field Service Technician to join us on our journey. This is a fantastic opportunity that provides you with a career road map, we’re committed to your success and providing a supportive environment where you can thrive.*We are also keen to speak to suitably qualified applicants based in Surrey.What you’ll do:You will be directly involved in the servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial equipment across our customers sites.Key Responsibilities: (Please note: training will be provided for the right candidate)

• Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair of vehicle wash equipment (this will include bus, car and HGV jet and roll-over washing facilities)
• Commissioning of new equipment related to jet and roll-over washing facilities
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Produce timely and accurate service reports.
• Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLA.
• Ensure compliance with set HSSE guidelines.

The following skills and abilities will set you up for success:

• Good attitude to work and a willingness to travel from home each day in the area.
• Technical awareness, confident in the use of hand tools
• Mechanical/Electrical or relevant experience would be helpful
• Previous customer service experience with good communications skills
• Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Comfortable working at height
