Finance Administrator | A‚¬3,500 Gross | Amsterdam, Netherlands
I’m searching for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a dynamic and international hospitality team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage daily accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance across multiple entities.

Your Experience
* Completed HBO education in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics
* At least 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial administration
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
* Proficient with financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Your Responsibilities
* Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks across multiple entities
* Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing
* Support monthly and annual financial reporting and analysis
* Assist with annual accounts and tax filings, including VAT returns
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and suggest process improvements
* Support the finance team to maintain accurate and reliable financial records
