Finance AnalystLevel: ACCA/CIMA/ACA QualifiedLocation: Normanton, West YorkshireSalary: Up to £58,000 + 8% bonusReports to: Senior Manager, Operations & Supply Chain FinanceDirect Reports: 1 Assistant Management AccountantCedar is recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing group for a Finance Analyst to join their Operational Finance team based in Normanton. This is a high-impact role, responsible for delivering insightful analysis, supporting business performance, and leading a junior team member.Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reporting packs with KPIs and detailed commentary on performance drivers
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; take ownership of key areas
• Partner with operations to challenge assumptions and improve cost control
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions, including CAPEX cases
• Maintain integrity of reporting data through regular review and robust controls
• Manage and develop an Assistant Management Accountant

Candidate Profile

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with strong post-qualification experience
• Proven supervisory or mentoring experience
• Strong commercial and operational finance background
• Comfortable working with large data sets and financial modelling
• SAP experience preferred
• Sector experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or commodities is desirable
• Advanced Excel and strong communication skills
