Are you a proactive finance professional with a passion for consumer goods and a flair for partnering with commercial teams?If so, this high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and drive strategic financial decisions in a dynamic and beauty-driven environment.What are you going to do?This is a high-exposure role focused on delivering strong financial leadership and partnering with the General Manager and cross-functional teams. You’ll be responsible for financial planning, performance tracking, and enabling growth through strategic decision-making.

• Help with monthly financial planning and forecasting;
• Work with teams to build the annual plan for 2026;
• Track how new products and investments are performing;
• Support decisions about pricing, promotions, and innovation;
• Use Excel and Power BI to manage financial data;
• Share ideas and solutions to improve business results.

What do we offer?

• Competitive salary based on experience (€3.200-€5.000);
• Contract duration: 25 Aug – 31 Dec 2025 (extension not possible);
• Hybrid working: 2 days/week in the Rotterdam office (open for fully remote for the right candidate);

Where will you work?Our client is a global leader in consumer goods, known for its strong sustainability goals and focus on operational excellence. What do we ask?

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or business partnering;
• Experience in consumer goods is a plus;
• You are proactive, independent, and not afraid to ask for help;
• You enjoy working with numbers and making business decisions;
• Fluent in English (Dutch is not required);
• Good skills in Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI;
• You like working in a fast-paced and fun environment.
