Our main areas covered are: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. The department is constantly expanding since our main goal is to perform end-to-end accounting activities in the near future.As a Finance and Accounting Team Lead you will coordinate complete, stringent and timely finance and accounting tasks the department’s scope covers and proactively seek opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between teams / team members regardless of country / functional assignments.In this role, you will focus on:Leading people management activities including goal setting, recruitment, and performance evaluationEnsuring the service quality in the responsible areaProactively and constructively managing change initiativesFostering relationships with stakeholders in the respective business areaProviding and organizing assistance to other teams or team members facing workload or expertise challengesFostering a collaborative team environment where everyone thrivesWho you areWe are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization.
