Your New Role

As a Finance Business Partner at Lundbeck Iberia, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal financial resource management across both operational and strategic activities. You will play a key role in preparing budgets, conducting financial forecasts, and leading initiatives related to Commercial Excellence and Capital Allocation. This is a regional role based in Barcelona, where you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to fiscal and accounting standards while driving continuous improvement in financial processes.

Your Future Team

The Finance Business Partner position is part of the Finance & Commercial Excellence department within Lundbeck Iberia. Our office is located in Barcelona, and you will work alongside a team of dedicated colleagues, including the Finance & Commercial Excellence Director, Iberia Business Intelligence Specialist, General Management, BU Directors, and Project Managers. What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for candidates with:

-A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
-Strong experience in financial management or a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Expertise in fiscal compliance and accounting standards.
-Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and simulations.
-A proactive approach to driving process improvement initiatives.
