• You’ll be at the heart of the leadership team—shaping strategy and driving results.
• Lead and develop teams across finance, payroll, and HR admin. Build capability and collaboration.
• Own the full finance cycle: budgeting, reporting, planning, analysis.
• Translate numbers into insights that push the business forward.
• Partner with senior leaders to guide commercial decisions and support growth.
• Ensure governance, compliance, audit readiness—you know the drill.
• Step in as Company Secretary, maintaining key records and ensuring corporate governance is solid.
• Oversee everything from payroll to pensions to HR systems.

What you’ll need:

• Ideally Manufacturing background.
• 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
