And our way of working smarter.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Business Partner to strengthen the Finance Business Partner Fiber team, specifically for Fiberklaar.Job Description:In the coming years, the deployment and monetization of fiber will remain a key strategic pillar for Proximus, including the rollout carried out by our subsidiary Fiberklaar. In this role, you will act as a financial sparring partner for various Fiberklaar stakeholders and teams and serve as the primary point of contact for different financial support departments (Tax, Treasury, etc.) within Proximus. You will be responsible for monitoring Fiberklaar’s financial activities and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of various financial processes.You will report directly to the Finance Manager NBU/Fiber.Responsibilities: * Work closely with Fiberklaar colleagues as well as various Proximus colleagues. You will act as a true business partner while maintaining a critical mindset and challenging business proposals.

• Lead various planning processes, working closely with different Fiberklaar teams and relevant stakeholders within Proximus. You will be responsible for the complete income statement, as well as cash flow and balance sheet.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to Fiberklaar teams and Proximus stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in identifying financial risks and opportunities and providing recommendations to the different teams.
• Determine Fiberklaar’s short-term financing needs, collaborating closely with Treasury teams.
• Monitor and improve Fiberklaar’s financial processes to achieve organizational objectives, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Assist in preparing business cases, analyzing business assumptions, making recommendations, and drafting Fin Opinions.
• Collaborate closely with other financial or support departments (Tax, Accounting, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, Treasury, etc.).

Your ProfileYour profile * Digitally savvy with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and willingness to invest in other software applications (e.g., TM1).

• Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Well-organized and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Results-oriented, with an analytical mindset and ability to handle stress.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• And finally, proactive, assertive, and diplomatic.

A university degree and at least 5 years of experience in a financial field (audit, controlling, financial analysis) are preferred. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written) is required.What do we offer you?
