Our client, a globally leading company in the medical device sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner. This role presents an excellent chance to drive sustainable and profitable growth in Eastern Europe and emerging countries by providing specialized financial advice and this international scope will make it more interesting. You will be the bridge between the commercial teams and the finance department.

You will work fully home-based in an international team.

Role Responsibilities:

* Offer comprehensive P&L financial support for all business units, ensuring your impact is felt throughout the organization.
* Challenge existing financial processes and drive improvements to align with the company’s mission and goals.
* Act as the primary contact person within your area, fostering collaboration among finance departments.

Requirements:

* University degree in Applied Economics and/or Controlling, which positions you well for senior responsibilities in an international setting.
* Proficiency in advanced software tools including S4 Hana, SAC, Power BI, and MS Office, facilitating a structured approach to performance evaluation and milestone setting.
* Several years of experience in Controlling/Finance position in a multinational company.
* Experience with closing accounts and P&L reports.
* Fluent level of English and other Eastern European languages are a plus.
