Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the CEO with content-related tasks
• Preparing relevant presentations, reports, and communication materials
• Organizing and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
• Moderating meetings and document key takeaways
• Managing smaller project topics, analyzing data, and drawing key insights
• Maintaining and updating internal documentation and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management (approx. 15% of the role)

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• A growth-oriented mindset with talent, curiosity, and the ability to quickly absorb new knowledge, with an adequate track record proving it-whether through academic achievements, internships, or early career experiences
• Initial experiences in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or Project Management
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preferred)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent English skills (min. B2)
• Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
