Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the CEO with content-related tasks.
• Preparing relevant presentations, reports, and communication materials.
• Organizing and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Moderating meetings and document key takeaways.
• Managing smaller project topics, analyzing data, and drawing key insights.
• Maintaining and updating internal documentation and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management (approx. 15% of the role).

What We’re Looking For

• A growth-oriented mindset with talent, curiosity, and the ability to quickly absorb new knowledge, with an adequate track record proving it-whether through academic achievements, internships, or early career experiences.
• Initial experiences in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or Project Management.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preferred).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent English skills (min. B2).
• Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
