For our client company, an Italian subsidiary of a multinational group belonging to the manufacturing sector, we are looking forFinance DirectorAs Finance Director, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in maximizing the company’s value through strategic and proactive financial management.Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective financial management, supporting local sites with strategic analysis and decision-making tools.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial and operational development.
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering motivation, accountability, and professional growth.
Strengthen processes, systems, and procedures to improve control and financial performance.
Coordinate legal and financial audits with external auditors.
Ensure full compliance with Italian and EU tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Manage tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing).
Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and reconciliation with IFRS standards.
Coordinate post-acquisition financial integration.
Lead the implementation of the new ERP system.

Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably within multinational groups.
Proven experience in financial planning and controlling, ideally in manufacturing environments.
Solid track record in managing M&A transactions and post-deal integrations.
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation.
Strong hands-on and pragmatic approach.
Fluent in English.

Salary range: Euro 100.00/130.000
