Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing SME Group with international exposure, is on the hunt for a talented Accounts professional in the role of Finance Manager to join their friendly and supportive head office team in Leicester.This is your chance to work closely with a Part-Time Finance Consultant while managing and mentoring an Accounts Assistant. You’ll take ownership of the company’s finances and play a vital role in its continued success.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Preparing Management Accounts
• Handling Financial Accounting
• Overseeing VAT Returns
• Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting
• Delivering insightful Monthly Reports
• And much more as you grow with the role!

If you have solid experience in Management Accounting, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as Budgeting and Forecasting, with full training and support provided.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an organised, hands-on individual who is excited about learning and making an impact. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA or Fully Qualified AAT
• Experience using Xero (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong skills with Excel and other Microsoft software
• A proactive, sociable, and adaptable attitude
