Finance Manager – South DublinGood work life balance – €80k – €85kHireForce is working with an Irish SME who is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee their Finance Department. This position will be reporting directly to the Finance Director.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, reconciliations, and management packs.
• Provide detailed performance analysis, identifying key variances and trends across departments.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Team Leadership & Financial Operations

• Ensuring strong team development, streamlined operations, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash management, and cost control initiatives.
• Support and oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, reporting on financial performance against forecasts.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee grant claims and financial reporting for various funding bodies.
• Ensure adherence to public procurement guidelines.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and conduct detailed data analyses to support business decisions.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in leading and managing financial teams, ensuring strong financial control and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Remuneration:Remuneration will include a base salary of €80k – €85k DOE and a pension.
