Join a thriving SME where your impact will be seen and your ideas truly valued.YOUR ROLE:As Finance Manager, you’ll take the lead on all things finance in this established export business. Reporting directly to senior management, you’ll manage the day-to-day accounting processes, produce accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and AP/AR.
✔ Preparing monthly accounts, performance analysis, and financial forecasting.
✔ Handling VAT returns and keeping the business audit-ready.
✔ Supporting operational decisions by identifying cost-saving opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:✔ Solid experience using Sage (essential)
✔ Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
✔ A good understanding of UK tax and VAT regulations
✔ Experience in export/import environments (desirable)
